INITIAL CONSULTATION

At your first appointment, you’ll be welcomed into our modern and comfortable practice by one of our friendly staff members. You’ll be asked to complete a New Patient Form and Dr Billy Kim will conduct a thorough consultation where you can talk through any dental issues you have been experiencing, as well as your specific dental goals.

After examining your teeth and gums, Dr Kim will discuss his diagnosis and outline your available treatment options. Dr Kim is known for always providing honest and upfront advice in an unhurried and calm manner, and he’ll ensure that you have a full understanding of his recommended course of action so you can make an informed decision. You will be provided with an itemised treatment plan with estimated costs, and Dr Kim will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

It is our goal to make sure that your first visit to Warrigal Dental is the start of your journey to excellent dental health.  

What to bring to your first consultation

• A referral from your doctor, dentist or specialist (if applicable)
• Information on any medical conditions
• A list of current medications, vitamins or supplements
• Any previous dental x-rays or records
• Private health fund card
• Medicare card (if eligible for CDBS)
