INITIAL CHILDREN’S DENTISTRY

We love helping our youngest patients achieve healthy, happy smiles for life through regular dental check-ups. It’s never too early for children to come along to the dentist so that they feel comfortable and familiar with being in a dental environment, and it’s recommended that a first examination be conducted at around 12 months of age. Early detection of teeth and gum problems is extremely important in minimising intervention and it also helps establish a good oral hygiene routine. 

Dr Billy Kim welcomes children of all ages and uses very gentle techniques to make them feel calm and relaxed. We aim to make every visit a stress-free and easy experience so that children don’t develop any dental anxiety. We want them to feel positive about their check-ups – and their smiles!
